Description of the characteristics of the corrugated box printing
machine:
There is no need for plate making or washing machine, and the CMYK
four-primary color printing mode is adopted, which is convenient,
fast and low-carbon.
The servo motor with high torque and the high-precision cycloid
reducer have higher accuracy, faster speed and more stable
performance.
The power roller with high precision cylindrical grinding is used
to drive the belt transmission and the transmission is accurate.
High-strength guide rail beam, integral processing, silent guide
rail with flatness error less than 0.05mm, stable printing plane,
high precision.
New nozzle cleaning mode, fully automatic cleaning, no need for
frequent adjustment, ink saving and stability.
The nozzle is installed with one button, no adjustment is required,
and it is ready to use.
The paper feeding gap of the driving roller can be finely adjusted
to 0.2mm, and the corrugated paper will not be flattened.
The paper conveying system makes the paper smooth and prints well.
The whole machine adopts PLC control, with high stability, strong
anti-interference ability and good human-computer interaction.
The suction system adopts two 2.2KW large-volume fans, which is
stable.
The suction area of the printing area is divided into 6 areas,
and the adjustment range is 1200-2500mm. Resolve most paper widths.
Paper feeding, paper feeding is stable. Four pairs of paper can be
fed and printed at the same time.
The whole machine is equipped with refrigeration and
air-conditioning. Long printing time and high efficiency in high
temperature environment.
Feeder unit
| Individual feeder system ,it is very steady when machine running
,and it is easier to adjust. Touch screen available ,size input by screen or buttons based on
operator needs. Four rollers for feeding, upper two rollers wrapped with rubbers
which can keep the flute in good shape, not destroyed. Dynamic
balance technical for rollers. Brush device is available ,which can clean the cardboard before
printing. Delta inventor and PLC ,touch screen operation . Schneider contactor/ electric Main bearing use NSK brand. wall thickness is 50mm it adopts lead edge type feeding with 7.5 kw adsorption motor. There is protect system for main motor(machine can not working when
it is not locked for combination). 40CrMnTi material /grinding technology for gears Skipping feeding is available. |
